CRUISE OUTFIT IDEAS | Excursions & Sea Days

You're ready to pack for your first/next cruise but have no idea where to begin. I'm here to give you some outfit inspiration for your upcoming cruise or any vacation of that matter!

Excursion Outfits

For excursions you want to choose an outfit that is COMFORTABLE & easy to move around in. If your excursion is water based you want to wear something that is easy to throw over a swimsuit. If your excursion is based around sight seeing you can pretty much wear anything that you would on a regular day. Keep your shoes simple & comfortable to walk around in for extended periods of time.

If you booked an excursion with your cruise line, you can look at your excursions through your cruise line's website & get details on what is recommended to wear for your specific excursion.

C O Z U M E L

In Cozumel we did a snorkel catamaran & beach party. For this outfit I kept it very simple by throwing a tropical romper over my swimsuit for going to & from our excursion. It was easy to take off when it was time to snorkel.

Quick Tip: Just like with any vacation you buy new shoes for, make sure you wear them at home to break them in so you aren't miserable during your excursions.

C A Y M A N I S L A N D S

Grand Cayman was the location for our fun Sea Turtle excursion! For this we didn't get extremely wet but it was important to be prepared. I was able to take my shirt off easily when it was time to take pictures with the turtles in their tanks.

J A M A I C A

Jamaica was definitely a sight seeing day for us. We walked around & took pictures of Royal Caribbean's private port for Falmouth, Jamaica. This outfit was very comfortable to walk around in, even though it was extremely windy & blew my hat off a few times...
